[Resolved] Pepperfry — Wrong product sent and now they wont take it back | |||
I ordered a brown colour wall clock for which they sent a pink colour one without any intimation or approval. I called them to replace it since I wanted the wall clock and not my money back. But according to them they dont have a replacement policy so I said okay then refund my money for which the customer care lady said yes will refund within 48 hours and took my complaint online with photo proof etc. After one week I called them and chatted with their customer care since I din't get any response and they tell me that it's in our policy that if the colour is not available then the vendor can send whatever he likes to send and we will have to keep it. In their website they claim that they have easy refund and 100% satisfaction policy and what not all. Sending a wrong colour in home decor is not acceptable. I'm adding photos for the conversation and order. What cheats!! I am a genuine customer who was ready to take a replacement if they had sent a wrong colour but what did I know that they just wanted to shove the product down my throat.
