[Resolved] Pepperfry.com — not ready to initiate return or refund | |||||
I had purchased a product online Order[protected]:Isten Single Seater Sofa Cum Bed on 15th Nov 2017 and paid Rs.9822. However I was not able to unfold and use it like a bed. So called the CustomerService the very next day N requested for demo as there was no user manual as well. They instructed that I initiate a refund. However, post that there was no update inspite of repeated follow-ups nor an update on return status. When escalated they were rude and said they cannot provide user manual nor a demo nor a refund/return. They themselves justified that they delivered a faulty product by advertising false information on website. Its not a small amount and they cannot cheat customers to this extent. I did not expect this from pepperfry. Request that this is looked into at the earliest and my return is processed. Was this information helpful? | |||||
