I have 2 peps spinegurad mattress under 10 years warranty. The mattress structure is currently bent which is causing back pain issues. Also, the piping is destroyed.
The company sent a representative for inspection and after his inspection he told that I have to pay for the repairing and it will not be covered under warranty.
Such experience is complete customer harrasment as initially the companies sell products at such high prices claiming to provide complete customer service but in reality things are not so customer friendly. Was this information helpful? |
