I have a Peps Ortho Spine king size mattress under warranty. No response from customer care for fabric quality very poor.

I have 2 peps spinegurad mattress under 10 years warranty. The mattress structure is currently bent which is causing back pain issues. Also, the piping is destroyed.
The company sent a representative for inspection and after his inspection he told that I have to pay for the repairing and it will not be covered under warranty.
Such experience is complete customer harrasment as initially the companies sell products...

I purchased PePs mattress from Haryana Handloom Kammanahalli last week.
Got a damaged product with torn out cloth and stiches, the same day we informed the shop and they informed us this will be replaced in 2 days. We waited and did multiple follow-ups and got to know Peps is on Holiday for a week (This is surprising that peps give holiday for a week).
Multiple follow ups with Haryana Handloom is hayware and need some help to address as we paid 15 k for this damaged mattress and waiting for weeks to have them replaced.

Complaint marked as Resolved It is yet to resolve, but the Company excecutive came down to verify the damage and committed that this will be replaced in 3 days.

This is Kirtesh Yadav from Bangalore. I need your attention on the issue which i am facing with mattress (spring roll) service right from the past three months requested to peps india mattess.
1.)I had raised the compliant for mattress regarding I found (a lot of bed bugs) & mattress got band from bottom side in your office located in Bangalore(mahadevpura) phone number (Tel:[protected] /[protected]on 23rd may 2011,After one month thier executive visited my house seen the mattress.
2.) After viewing the mattress thier executive making unnecessary argument that it not manufacturing fault, mattress cannot band and blaming us that we have band the mattress & put bed bugs in mattress.
Below are the details for the mattress purchase date, venue:
Date of purchase: 10th January 2011
Date of mattress delivered: 14th January 2011
Venue: Haryana handlooms (J.P Nagar 3rd phase)

As peps india says 5 year of warranty on your mattress, but looks like only a way attracting the customer only. I want you to take some very strict action against them who continuous misguiding us.
