Perachi Gopal — Unethical behaviour

I have purchased one SE model ( 2017 Model ) from Flip kart. After up dating IOS 14 i am facing the following issue . A message is frequently displayed as follows

Your net work provider may charge for SMS message used to activate
Face time ( I do not have any Face time apps ) After making cancel 10 times this goes . Again it is frequently coming.
