Perfect Solutions — Micromax unite 2 a106 why not under warranty?

Sir, I purchased Phone Micromax Unite 2 A106 14/03/2015. my phone was Showing problem 20/2/2016. I went to service center (Perfect Solution E-3 Kalkaji, N delhi-19 on dated 23/2/16. They told me not repair my phone under warranty and Charged me Rs.1690/-. as per me my phone software was currupted but they said my phone FPC replaced.
