I am the subscriber of jio # [protected] facing problem with incoming/outgoing calls since last 2 days. Prime member ship amount also paid for same number. Request you to check the problem of disconnection and re-activate immediately. I got the message on 16th june, 2017 for software update, unfortunately the same has been ignored by me. Hope do needful to continue as as jio subscriber.
