I have a complaint regarding the materials o[censored]niform and it's color. Earlier the materials of kidzee uniforms are very good and it looks smart when kids wear it. But from last year the materials your have changed is really very worst and the color too fades after wash. Uniform gets babbling afer use.We all parents are very disappointed for it.Please changed the materials with the earlier one which was really awesome one
The quality of school bags too is not good like earlier one.Hope you will look after the issue.

And i am getting multiple messages and calls.
This has turned a serious issue now.
Issue reported from today only (12-DEC-2023)

I want that ad to be deleted as soon as possible.

And please make sure that these kinds of public advertisement without the confirmation of contact number

I have recharge my Airtel Sim for Rs.831/- on 25.10.2023 and the amount was also debited from my SBI account but recharge against my M.No.[protected] could not done from your end

My HDFC Bank account has been deducted with Rs. 30356.18 without my authentication to your organization. When raised a complaint with the bank i have got to know that this is deducted to Exide life insurance.

I have never taken any policy or have never contacted you for any policy. Not sure how this amount is deducted from my account to you.

Om 28-Sept-23, I raised a compliant under 'RNP[protected]. This complaint has not been attended and closed at the time of writing this. It is till open.

I have contacted your customer support several times vide 'WhatsApp'. The response has always evasive. I have tried contacting several senior personnel as suggested by your executive over 'Whatsapp'.

With deep regret and sadness I have to state that all calls have come unanswered. I have tried to contact the following personnel.
Mr. Vinod Pandey = Tel. No. +91 [protected]. No response. Does not answer calls.
Ms. Anisha Shaikh = +91 [protected]. Several times. Never answers.
Ms. Suleka = +[protected]. Several times but answered only once.
Mr. Nimesh Kumar Bansal =[protected]. Several times answered only once.

This is the despicable state of your customer service.

They are all experts and harassing a customer.

Admit it is my mistake buying a sub-standard product from a company which has no respect for its customer.

I have paid an Permit Fee to Sanketham portal of lsgd department of Kerala government through Billjunction.com. But amount of Rs: 3000 debited from My bank account and never credited to Sanketham or never refunded to My account.. I request U to Billjunction.com gateway to reverse Rs: 6000 to My Sbi account as soon as possible

I have created Flipkart account over a period ago with a mobile number (+91 [protected]) and email address [protected]@gmail.com that is no longer with me.

The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number. I called customer care multiple times nearly 5 times, i raised the ticket and without resolution they solved the compliant. Due to which i can't redeem my Gift card and supercoin balance. Support of flipkart is very horrible.

Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

I have received the Lok Adalat notice (Attached) for the non payment of the tata tele broadband bill amount. First of all I am not using the tata tele broadband service after one month trial. I took the trial service because, "I have been offered a trial period of one month for broadband by a Tata tele broadband service person. He told me that if you are not happy with speed and range you can opt out any time. If I am not happy with the service and the service is stopped by tata tele broadband services. The person from tata tele broadband services collected the router and charger from my place. How I can pay the bill of which I am not availing any service.."

Sorry to inform you that your traffic officials behave inappropriate manner with the public. It seems to be they are more interested in collecting money in wrong way through challans and topping on that is their misbehavior. You have appointed your officials to manage traffic smoothly and maintain system so that public do not face challenges while driving & feel safe. But no, I drive from PCMC to Deccan on daily basis around 22kms one side, pathetic government and their rules roads are not appropriate its ok with your traffic officials if we are driving safely through BRT this is wrong, if traffics and roads are proper why do public need to break the rules. I need to have evidence that you people are tackling public and public officials in similar manner without any differences. Could you please prove that your officials have been fined for driving without helmet, taling on mobile phones while driving, driving using BRT road. They all sit in one corner, some are busy over phones, chatting with their colleagues and handling traffics incorrectly or as per their choice.

Recently i got a call from a person names Akshay kumar chennamaneni who is looking for a flat in kochi and he told me that he is currently in Indian Army posted as AMC CAPTAIN IN Hyderabad and will be shifting to kochi soon. He told me that he do not want to see the flat physically and he & his wife like the flat pictures. He seems to be in very hurry to book the flat and transfer 2 month advance rent along with Deposit. He also told me that the amount will get transferredimmedietly and he asked for the aacount no, I did put in the no but deleted it within sec as i smelt foul. He called me again and aasked why i deleted I asked him for the transfer order and he cut the call.

AC and the motor has been taken away (should I say stolen)????

This is a FRAUD company in my eyes.
My Panasonic Inverter AC showed cooling issues and no other complaints. Everything else was just fine, till the time gas was filled and the AC was brought home for installation. At that time a motor was not working and swing also stopped working (which was working when the AC was taken out of my house). It was been weeks of follow up post that. The person who came to fix this vanished with the motor after installing the AC and kept his phone shut. After making daily calls to Onsitego I was told, I will need to now approach Panasonic directly as the part is not available to them. So the extended warranty clearly did not help. I had to call Panasonic to sort the problem and also pay them (as my warranty was with Onsitego and not Panasonic).
My message to Onesitego: If you cannot fix the customer's problem, DON'T ATLEAST DAMAGE THEIR DEVICES PARTS. Till date the vanished part has not been returned to me, and I call them daily.

I have purchased Logitech mouse 9th May 2023 almost 1.5 Months before and its button stopped working. I have tried to contact to customer care and they are making lots of excuses and they are asking me to send this product first to their service Centre by courier at my own cost. I asked about the Onsite Warranty mentioned in Logitech warranty claims and they told me for Logitech Onsite Warranty means that we have to go to Logitech service center and we have to send the product to the service center by ourself. It was quite surprising for me and when I asked for the Escalation team details they refused to provide it. Now we cannot complaint to anyone and we have to suffer from Logitech products. Its really most worst company I have ever seen who is having different meaning of On Site Warranty. And Product life is not more than 1.5 Months.

I m the resident of sec 16 rohini block D pocket 3 .would like to draw an attention towards illegal construction of footpath blocking of public road and misuse of service lane. due to commercial activity like sweets shop, juice shop, salad bar they have blocked the public road with their sitting arrangments for the customers and made parking on mid of the road every day road blocked due to traffic
they threaten the RWA residents to park their car on the road specially the womens.they litterally misbehaved with us .they misuse the whole service lane we r bearing lot of noise. blower release lot of pollution.
