I have been charge twice for my ride from NBCC Newtown Kolkata to Amri Hospital Salt lake from my Ola Post Paid Wallet and Cash for this above mentioned trip. When I ask Ola driver for refund he said call customer care team for your refund. So it is requested to take necessary action in this matter and arrange for my refund. Meanwhile I have tried my times to reach customer service team but not able to contact. Was this information helpful? |
