I applied for new connection and paid amount on 04th March 2021. Still now didn’t get a connection.
If I call the customer care, they keep on saying that installation will be done in 24hrs. Sometimes they not even pick my calls.
Totally frustrated with this. Waste of time. If they unable to do the installation they should have told earlier so that I can check with some other options.
Kindly do the installation as soon as possible or refund my amount. Was this information helpful? |
