Within hours I made a complaint to Payu & Got a ticket ID( We have received your query with Ticket Id: FF[protected] regarding Other on your Payu account. Description: Made an order for two laptops on discounted sale. I got two mail ids & on checking I found out that they are fake & the mail got bounced back. I need a refund.of the amount I paid. ( Rs 3398) . The mail ids are [protected]@payu.in & 2 [protected]@companionjewelry.com. Please help me to get back my amount.I was asked to contact one YOGESH . No other details available. Till this time in relation to time specified by you; I did not receive an answer & Iam not able to track my query. It says no query existed.Iam having a doubt to clear; have you become a partisan to the fraudulent seller Sri. YOGESH as per your intimation. 1 Failure to be contacted by the support team
2 Did not update the status of my grievance.
3. Has the payu offered a support to Yogesh for getting fraud money.
I will wait for up to 3 Nov 22. If an answer is not going to be given by you; I will proceed legally & make a complaint with the cyber cell.
