Personal — Hotel booking refund due to unavailability of hotel room

It's been more than a month i am following up on calls and mails for my refund. Why is the delay in refunding my payment when Hotel has not provided me with any room? As you know, even on that night we called you using the Hotel Reception Phone and that day you confirmed that you will get reimbursed.

Today I called customer care and shared my concern with Chanda Gupta: on 13March23 1PM. She said she has escalated it to the concerned team and scheduled a call back.

I am waiting for a refund.
