Personal — inefficient services

I faced the following two problems recently while booking uber cab:
On the 26th night at about 09/00 pm i booked a uber cab from ajmeri gate railway station to my home rajouri garden, new delhi. The location of the cab was just closed to me. I rang the driver mr. Safique taxi no. Dl1za 1871to find out where he is standing and after taking all my luggage i reached to the driver's location. Put my luggage in cab. The driver asked where i am to go and i told him that i have booked the cab for rajouri garden.
He refused to go. After a lot of argument, i have to take out my luggage and told him to cancel this booking. Due to some of the other reason the booking was called in 1 hr. At 10/30 pm i have to go to the kalli-pilli taxi.
The above two incidents made me annoyed with the uber and force me to think - should i use your services in the future???
