Personal Loan — delay in payment of emi

Due to covid 19 situation i have started my job fro month and once my salary credit then i will able to pay emi and i have conveyed to the bank person. And i explain them my husbund medical condition and ask bank person to come and check. Today they have send person to collect money to my parents home and they were threatening to them and asking them my number. How can be possible bank person dont have my number.
