Personal — Misbehaving/abusing on phone

Respected sir/mam
My self Anuradha Mishra r/o RZ 127 Rajnagar-1, new delhi Palam.
I'm receiving a call from [protected] last 2 days, this guy is misbehaving/abusing me. I don't know him & he is telling me that he is calling from RBI and force me to open the phonepay app.
