I made an order online order number[protected] on 05.05.2021 at about 11.18 am to Big Bazar located at Venice mall Greater Noida. I ordered 11 items and paid Rs. 725.20 through Big Bazar Profit Club account. The profit club card number is [protected]. I have recently charged it for Rs. 10000.00.
My order is confirmed, paid and packed but it is not delivered to me. There is nobody to help me. The help line number of Big Bazar is not answering. The Big Bazar store at Greater Noida is not answering. It is indeed very bad for customers.
