Personal — Overflowing sewage line of AE-4 Tagore garden

I'm resident of AE-3 Tagore garden. AE-4 our next door neighbours, bought their floors from builders. As we all know, the shoddy work of builders. They provided open sewage from pipe outside the building. Neighbours did little to rectify the problem. They did temporary job to connect to sewage line, something we see in unauthorised colonies. Very often this line start overflowing, creating mess on our back street. This is covid pandemic but even otherwise, such sanitization problem. Repeated request to them, doesn't heed any solution. As they upstairs and have no obligation on backside. It's my sincere request to the department, to get permanent solution to be done by residents. Strict action must be taken as early as possible on erring party.
