My name is sandra gabell the bmc came to clean the gutter yesterday and they broke our pipe line this is happening every year pls sir could u see this as we have to repair our pipe line every year and we dont have money to do so who ever is doing the work pls tell them to be careful i understand its not a good job but sir today we did not get water as our pipe line is broken continous two years this is taking place
