Dear Sir,

I call many time for mistake but no response at all.

Parcel was most urgent as it was medicine thats short in most areas of Pakistan for a Patient admitted at ICU and her life was at risk. They told me to receive on June 13, 2019 but wrongly deliverer to Mirpur Khas.
Time was most important.
I complain telephonically to Branch office and Main office but there behavior was miserably.
