My HDFC Bank account has been deducted with Rs. 30356.18 without my authentication to your organization. When raised a complaint with the bank i have got to know that this is deducted to Exide life insurance.
I have never taken any policy or have never contacted you for any policy. Not sure how this amount is deducted from my account to you.
I could only see the transaction detail as PAYU_[protected]_57139711
Can you kindly refund my amount back.
