Perutek Services Limited — non receipt of return

I invested rs. 7000- with peruteck services limited, delhi in 1998 for 20 years and the company had issued certificate with post dated cheque of no.327620, oriental bank of commerce, dt.[protected] amount rs.50000- only as assured return with promise of schedule return with regular intervals. Since long time whereabout of the company is not known.
Please help me
