In 2016 I had taken your services for TWO houses at Madipakkam (mine and my brother's house). The plan taken was TERMISEAL SERVICE & GOLD SEAL SERVICE and I had paid 13800 plus 8500 totalling Rs. 22300/- !!
One of the terms was INITIAL TREATMENT & FOLLOWED BY 7 INSPECTION VISIT..!!
To my surprise TILL DATE NOT A SINGLE INSPECTION HAS TAKEN PLACE... YES NOT A SINGLE INSPECTION.
Since I was out of station and came back only recently. I was just going through my old papers when I stumbled upon your bills. The period was from 29.07.2016 to 28.07.2021 & my family is staying here only and they informed that NO ONE CAME FOR INSPECTION..!!
eally surprising indeed... I think you expect customers to call and remind you of your inspections and also keep record of it..!! Such a reputed company fooling people in this manner..!!
