In 2016 I had taken your services for TWO houses at Madipakkam (mine and my brother's house). The plan taken was TERMISEAL SERVICE & GOLD SEAL SERVICE and I had paid 13800 plus 8500 totalling Rs. 22300/- !!
One of the terms was INITIAL TREATMENT & FOLLOWED BY 7 INSPECTION VISIT..!!
To my surprise TILL DATE NOT A SINGLE INSPECTION HAS TAKEN PLACE... YES NOT A SINGLE INSPECTION.
Since I was out of station and came back...

Poor Service Levels and No Follow-Up

This is a complaint against PCI (Pest Control India Pvt Ltd). They conducted the first pest control at my residence in Bangalore on 20th Aug 2014. The next visit is due within 15 days but no representative has contacted me for the next service. They have taken the ENTIRE PAYMENT in advance for the one year maintenance contract. Now I have to repeated call them to get the remaining 2 servicing due as per the contract.
