Peter England — Bad behaviour and denied to cancel the order

Hi, I visited Peter England New BEl road showroom on 1 feb 2014 and purcahsed one jeans, 2 formal shirts and 1 trouser, however due to a mistake by showroom guy he added one more which i tried but said no to it, so the bill was made and when i said i dnt wanr the jeans the guy who was making the bill he said that it is your mistake you should have seen it, i told him to cancel the order but he refused as it has been done online and gave e me the option to pat RS 100/- more and he would exchange the jeans which i want and would also not give the discount Also he was shouting on me, is this the way to give service, i have going to that showroom for past 4 years i wrote on facebook as well but no resposne : https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=[protected]&set=o.[protected]&ty...⇄ Regards Ashish Saini [protected]
