I had purchased a pair trousers and a pair of shirt from there store located at NH1 Factory Store Ambala, Delhi Highway, Kuldeep Nagar, Ambala Cantt, Haryana 133004, India. When I asked the employee to shorten the length of the trousers which they have to do if a costumers asks them to, but after talking to their senior or tailor they rejected it and said that it cannot be done inspight of me agreeing to there 4 days delay in the service....

Visited the Peter England showroom in Bangalore regarding problem in the T-shirts and shirts purchased there on 27-June-2025. There was discolouration of one of the items during the first washing and the colour that ran off that product caused stains on the other two items. The Showroom did not agree with my complaint and countered the same. Then the Showroom said if I wanted, the items could be sent to the Company's Laboratory for testing...

Hi, when it was in shipping, I cancelled the product. But, they didn't update anything in the official site, so I approached support team and requested to cancel. They said, it will cancel but it didn't. And, it delivered to me.

I had ordered a suit online from peter england website. I want to return the same due to size issue. It shows on the website that i can return product by 13 March but when i click on return item, it does not enable me to select pickup address and next button cant be clicked to proceed to refund details. I have done my recent purchase in komarapalayam store few months before and found below quality issues.

1. Skip stich
2. Shrinkage of the garment

Attached the skip stitch and big hole found on brand new tshirt .

In my recent purchase I have seen the shrinkage of the garment is very high. What is the shrinkage you are keeping on your knit tshirt.

For this complaint I would like to get a proper response from your quality team.

It's been two days since I have been struggling with issues regarding one of my orders at the Peter England store in Gwalior. I had a Rs 5000 coupon that I had given to the store billing assistant. On entering the coupon code the system showed Rs 5000 wala coupon amount but after redeeming the code the final bill amount remained the same. The guy at the billing counter tried to enter the coupon again but the system showed that the coupon amount had been redeemed. I am frustrated it's been two days and the Peter England support team is not providing any resolution. It's a display of pathetic customer support from ADITYA BIRLA GROUP. How can even after charging a hefty amount a brand like Peter England is so bad at customer support ??
The gift coupon that I provided is paid and I have paid for it. I need a resolution ASAP.

In this I used colour in on the same day an very much satisfied and used for 3 weeks,
Today I used white t shirt, it seems to me defective on neck side and both side of arm sleeve side

I feel like unsatisfied about that product alone kindly consider my unsatisfaction and do the needful as soon as possible .

I understood it's a time delay

But it's happened only by the trust of Peter England brand,

Also based on first t shirt I decided this one is also good,

But while using only found its done due to today's function.
Here all were asked about the t-shirt brand and they insist to raise the complaint, first to flip kart they said unhelpful, so am in need of your support kindly consider my obligations.
