Recently I purchased A Shirt from STYLE, The Peter England Exclusive Showroom, Sector 7, Rohini, New Delhi on February 27, 2014, wide Bill no. S13/3815 and 264 along with that I bought a Leather Belt. This purchase was also linked with the redemption of the code sent by Peter England for Birthday Shopping of 20 % discount. I was definitely happy to be the privilege customer. But the Next day, While wearing the belt It loop got broken. On the same day I went back to the counter and asked them to replace the belt and I am ready to buy another even at price higher than it was bought. But they said this will not be replaced. And behave very insolently. Further I was shocked to hear that these belts are prepared by themselves. I felt cheated hearing that because I paid for the belt in the name of Peter England not for a generic one. I want to get my money back or to get replaced by another belt.
Pl. consider my complaint seriously and Do the Needful.
