Dear team,

I have order tie by visiting your Borivali outlet.I received it by 18th dec, 20
I have sent that to someone as gift.
The packing and the box provided against the tie is disappointing.
I have attached some pics for reference.

This kind of treatment or packing is not expected from your side.
