Peter England — loss of 3000/- due to negligence in service.

I purchased two trouser s and three shirts from peter England showroom Ratnagiri Maharashtra.but while alteration work they have shorten the length of my trousers.and hence it is not wearable.. Its a loss of 1500*2 =3000 rs ...and its totaly due to negligence of peter england ...please help..
