Peter England — Men's belt defective when I use 4 months

Dear sir/mam,
I purched men's belt peter england from punjab barnala store. When i used four months belt got damage
I went peter england store in punjab barnala store keeper told me damage due to buckle when u are wearing belt. So we can't help. If belt divided two parts then i repaired or replaced.
Please do needful for me.
If that type of problem came then what is the difference between local belt or peter england belt.
If i purchase local belt it will around 200 rupees and wearing 3 months easy.
If i purchase peter england belt 1000 rupees and belt got damage within four months. Then what is the difference.
