[Resolved]  Peter England — Misguidance by executives and fraud of Rs 2500/-

Dear Sir/ Madam I purchased shirts branded Peter England from SUDAMA NAGAR, Near Mahunaka, INDORE, on[protected]. I have done the purchasing of Rs 4956/- + 999/- as the showroom executives told me about the offer which was valid for[protected] only on the occasion of Republic Day. As per the offer the customers who do the shopping of Rs 5000/- will get Rs 2500/- shopping voucher free. So they can shop for Rs 7500/- for that day. The salesman and the accounts section person has created two different bills and thus that offer got invalid in my case, when I asked them next day about the same, they denied on the basis of the bills, since the total amount in the single bill was not of Rs 5000/-. They have misguided me and made the offer invalid on the basis of there understanding and convenience. Next day when I tried to communicate with the staff of that showroom, they were very rude and were not ready to listen . Kindly look it in the issue as this is not acceptable at all.
