Peter England — Money Has Been Debited From Account But Order Is Still Pending

My money(₹1350/-) has been debited from my account on 15/08/2021 but my order is still pending and unsuccessful.(order number: 4954239)

I was told it will be refunded at two hours. But there is no refund yet!?
I'm very tensed and worried .
Please help me .
