Peter England — No clarity about the online orders after collecting money

I had ordered a jacket on their official website and even paid for it online as there was no cash on delivery option. Now after four days there is no details of my order, if I try to track my order it shows error. If I try contact them through their mail they are least bothered to respond to their customers. Such a top brand and so irresponsible behaviour from their side to customers. I don't know when they will deliver the product or even deliver it at all. I mailed them to cancel my order and refund my money they are not even responding to that. I feel they purposefully disabled cash on delivery option so that they could collect money from people prior to delivery and then just cheat them. They don't even have a customer care or helpline number, only thing they have is an email which they don't open at all. A strict action should be taken against these type of people who are cheating in the name of online marketing
