Peter England — Peter England Credits not working

I ordered twice and after about 15 days they cancelled my order. They Transferred my refund into Peter England Credits which is not applicable at the time of checkout. What should I do about that?
Please repair or resolve this issue in the site and make it functional.
I also mailed them twice but got no response.
Main Issue:
In the apply coupons section, use credits option is not available.
