I had purchased ITEM -RT48624S/096 ON 30/11/2014 at Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited, the shop failed to inform the redeem points and when asked they informed casually "you come tomorrow and buy another apparell " and redeem and failed to adjust the reddem points against the purchase. Also the shop does not clearly categorize which apparels are covered under 30% offer as given in the sms to customers. Such behaviour for a reputed behaviour is found cheap. S.Shyam Sundar [protected]
