Respected sir/madam

I Altaf Hussain Shaikh has purchased 1 sirt on[protected] and given for Alteration (fitting to my size) next day onwards lockdown occurred.
Today now Shop has opened[protected].
When I asked for the Sirt from staff they are saying it's not here. There behaviour was very rude. They have not given my sirt.
