So I have ordered a Lenovo Ryzen 3 laptop from Flipkart online which was sold by this seller on may 15. After updating the operating system of windows 11 I found the operating system is cracked. So I contacted Lenovo and Lenovo has checked my product online and Certified it as Hardware defects and should be taken care by Flipkart and the seller. Its been 30 of may and I have registered complain on 16 itself still there's no technician visit on my address and no one is taking care of it Was this information helpful? |
