I've ordered a Lenovo IdeaPad slim 3 laptop from Flipkart (seller Petilante). It won't even turn on. I've been charging it for almost 40 minutes, no hope. Even the delivery guy gave up. The packaging is also slightly damaged.
Atleast check the product before shipping out. You guys wasted a lot of time. Not a good experience....

We got Ideapad 3 slim i5 12th generation 16gb but I have received Defective piece the display is so phethatic and i cannot view from front and if a look at side ways same blackish view front and side ways, day 2 I raised issue with the filpkart and they raised a concern with seller but they promised is to visit on 24th August and on 24th they closed stating they ve visited, again fraud and now they're asking to go to Lenovo service centre and it is a such a waste of time, this is for working mother from home but now she doesn't have any option or opportunity to work. Again have to wait for new job lost the money and no use of laptop and nothing is useful.

So I have ordered a Lenovo Ryzen 3 laptop from Flipkart online which was sold by this seller on may 15. After updating the operating system of windows 11 I found the operating system is cracked. So I contacted Lenovo and Lenovo has checked my product online and Certified it as Hardware defects and should be taken care by Flipkart and the seller. Its been 30 of may and I have registered complain on 16 itself still there's no technician visit on my address and no one is taking care of it

It is my purchase details.I got a HP leptop but the priviously mention specification and not match with the laptop which I got it from the sailor. In all site of Flipkart and product details also mention I got one year warranty, but I get only 5 months warranty .
It mean it is and used and repair, replaced leptop form any other.
Many more display defect, back heated in a quick time .. and many other problems are there...
So please, replaced it.

I bought a new lenovo ideapad gaming 3 laptop(ryzen 5 5600H, 8gb, 512gb, rtx3050)worth 58k and when i received and i found after using it for almost 2 hrs that the laptop does'nt give the performance as it says in every review and even claimed by lenovo and flipkart, and then i open the lenovo vantage software and it shows that your 6months warrenty has been remaining from 1 year, so it is a used product and also its battery backup is extremely...

At 9/4/23 bought a laptop name Dell g15 was of 1.23lakhs from Flipkart and was open box delivery was done today at 14/4/23 the given laptop old Dell laptop with broken changer and the delivery guy told me that the laptop can only be replaced. Hence I can say that Flipkart is a scammed site the f assured product with 6 quality checks still got scammed my ### Flipkart is the worst side no actions are taken till now and after researching about the seller the seller PETILANTE ONLINE IS FLIPKART Affiliated seller.

Conclusion - don't buy from Flipkart. As a college student who has no time in day to day life with studies and side hustle it's a big problem. As I bought the laptop of thinking it be delivered fast in by Flipkart
Also thinking Flipkart is GENUINE seller has 4 Star rating in Flipkart and affiliated with Flipkart.

Now all I can do is wait for 1 more week for the replacement and if I got scammed again i'm going to consumer right court .

I have given order of Lenovo IdeaPad 3 Core i3 11th Gen - (8 GB/256 GB) from Flipkart on 18th Jan with Order id-OD[protected] at FLIPKART with Petilante Online and delivered defective piece of laptop with auto restart even pressing power button after unfold and deemed screen.
I raised return request on 25th Jan with all asked proof and confirmed with Flipkart customer executive but asked to provide proofs of image on 28th Jan...

I have ordered a Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 Ryzen 7 5800H laptop with exchange offer for my old laptop on 16th January 2023. During ordering the laptop with exchange offer, the questions asked didn't include the RAM Capacity, HDD Storage Capacity and Processor Generation of the old laptop but during delivery of the new laptop the checks which were carried out by delivery agent included RAM Capacity, Storage Capacity and Processor Generation of the old laptop.
This is a Fraud on behalf of Petilante Online seller as during delivery time the checks were different as they were at the time of ordering.

Also Flipkart is doing Nothing in this problem. They just talk about the problem and nothing about the solution.

Ordered laptop during offer in flipkart, but it has been cancelled after 1week. Reason they gave out of stock but there was laptops available with same seller in flipkart. Flipkart has to take serious action this is not first time happening this is repeating continually. These people are frauds and worst seller of laptop. Don't waste time by ordering with this seller

I Purchased this laptop on 29 September 2022 from Flipkart India (BBD Sale), and it was delivered to me on 4 October 2022. When I see the warranty period, it had already expired on 4 April 2022. Very Disappointed Service from Flipkart and Seller. I did not expect this service from Flipkart as I'm Flipkart (Plus) Member Since 2010.
So here I Would like to replacement of the product or resolve the warranty period as soon as possible.
