Pexiv Company — fake company threatening for, legal case, harassing thru phone calls sms & mails demanding amount 4700 + 3000

I Piyush sharma received a call from Nisha [protected] that i can earn money from filling the form at home and sign the agreement by me and take my aadhar card and told me that i have to submit the work in 9 days. I was not able to complete the work because of laptop issue so i tried to call her to inform her but no one picks up the call and also i didn't receive any call from them to inform me. After that on 22nd march 2019 i have received a call from some person saying he is advocate V P Arya Advocate Associate [[protected]] and company file the case on my because didn't not submit the work on time and now i have to pay the utility charge 4700rs. I didnot paid the amount. After that they called to me that now i have to pay the releasing amount 3000rs extra. And they send me the notice in which clearly mention that i have to pay 4700+3000rs. And now they are threatening me that if i don't pay the amount i have to come to the court & will send PDF copy to my home thru courier. Now i don't know what to do!? Please help me.
They are harrasing me thru SMS & emails.
