I took a typing job work in pexiv company then i'm paid them 4700 to deactivate my account because i was told that this is fraud don't do this so i paid them the amt of 4700 and they sent me a mail that you are not further associated to this company but now after approx 1 year then again started demanding money 12700 cancellation charges they send me messages and always say the same thing if you will not pay we will hand over the matter to legal department. Please help me out

I suresh kumar received a call from the company pexiv by mihir mobile no is [protected] and he said me that i can earn 22500 in 9 days by working from home.. Then i registered with them by providing driving licence details photo and signature..
After that i received a agreement on my mail id with mail id of agreement dept as [protected]@gmail.com and in the agreement it was mentioned that if i don’t work or leave the job in between or if i didn’t complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 4700 to the company.. So after reading all the terms and condition i started my work and completed the work before time.
I got the qc report generated, they generate fake qc report and then threaten me for the money.. And also i got the mail as we are pexiv legal department. This email is to inform you that you have fail on your work. Then according to the terms & conditions, you have to pay pending payment on same day. If you do not pay the amount then the company is eligible to take legal actions against you. Kindly reply as soon as possible at this mail. I got this call from mr. Nilesh advocate associate his mail id is advocatenthakur. [protected]@gmail.com and contact number is [protected] and he said as you need to pay pending amount of 4700 within 4:30 pm otherwise i will forward your case to legally further process. I paid the amount of 4700 and sent a receipt to his mail id after 1 hr. He confirm me regarding the payment and then he said that i have to submit 12000 for closing the agreement. Then after long discussion i paid 8500. Again he confirm regarding the payment and on the basis of my payment they issued a noc certificate from behalf of company. After some days he called me again and said that my case is not withdraw till now and i suppose to submit case withdrawal fees of rs. 20000 otherwise your case will not been closed and you will get a legal notice form court.
And he said that you need to clear the dues of the company and settle the dispute. Not settling the dispute will land up you in mess and we have to proceed this case to futher for an arbitrary proceedings, we will send you the notice hard copy on your residence address. Then after that i have paid 15400/- after few days i searched about the company and found many complaints about that company... Same problem is facing with so many peoples. Requesting you to kindly take this complaint in high priority and resolve this problem. I`m humbly requesting all the peoples who are facing this kind of issues don`t pay the money.

Then after 1 month today also they send me mail as per below

As you didn't pay your legal charges of your legal clearance process amount regarding "pexiv" to complete your termination process of your agreement...

So that the company has issued your hard copy of your legal notice on your home address

You need to attend on court as soon as possible or clear the process right now to sanction your case closure report as well as your court clearance...

Hiren desai advocate associate his mail id is hiren. [protected]@gmail.com and contact number is [protected] and he said as you need to pay pending amount of 4700 within 1:30 pm otherwise i will forward your case to legally further process. I paid the amount of 4700 and sent a receipt to his mail id after 1 hr. He confirm me regarding the payment and then he said that i have to submit 14, 100 for closing the agreement. That also i paid. Again he confirm regarding the payment and on the basis of my payment they issued a noc certificate from behalf of company. After some days he called me again and said that my case is not withdraw till now and i suppose to submit case withdrawal fees of rs. 29, 800 otherwise your case will not been closed and you will get a legal notice form court.

Iam supriya N.K i got a call from the krupa arora regarding form filling job she hgave me details for the form filling job and i had read all the instruction before signing the agreement... i agreed and submitted within in time and qc was fail.. they are asking for money... i had given my 90% to the work... they are saying ur qc is fail because of improper spacing and comma symbols... but in the agreement they had not mentioned about the spacing and symbols and kindly resolve my problem

My name is puja singh (Kolkata), here i'm writing about scam happened with me this week. On 18 march'19, i had conversation with ms. Keni (Contact no-[protected]) ([protected]@gmail.com) and she's representative of "pexiv" online home based work company. She sent mail that i can earn 22500/- in 9 days through form filling job and she shared demo of the work in introductory mail. Upon agreed she sent an agreement and want my photo, aadhar card and signature. After all such formalities, she shared my login user id with password to commence work, which had last day 28 mar'19. I started the work from 19th march, 2019 and filled up 210 forms upto friday i. E. 22nd march, 2019.
As in the friday afternoon, i just checked the online status of your company, i found that it is a fraud company that mislead to a fraudulent act.
So, i just want to withdraw myself from the agreement due to the fraudy nature of company which have been revealed in different sites.
As it is all about fraud activities, i don't want to be a part of it. As i have filled up 210 forms so i just want to receive the amount of that filled up forms.
Now today 03.04.2019, mr. Athul patel (Contact no-[protected]) called me and said me that i am filing a case against your name as you did not complete the work. Regarding this, he send me also an email (Atullegal. [protected]@gmail.com).

Please solve this issue as soon as possible because they are continuously calling me and asking for money.

They are 100% fake company. They even doesn't have one company mail id. They are sending mails only through gmail.

I applied for a online data entry job which i saw in clickindia.com. Then a women from the company called me and told me about the work. The work was that i have to fill a total of 900 forms in 9 days which will give me a salary of 22300 from which they will deduct 4700 as registration fees. Failure to complete the task or if i do not maintain an accuracy of 90%, then i will have to pay them 4700 rupees. Since the job was within my capability i agreed to do the job. Then the women told me to take a photo of any of my age proof and they sent me an apk of a document software.in the software, she told me to take a selfie and sign a digital signature. She told me it was mandatory for registration process. After this they made a contract agreement with me mentioning the above information. After the registration, she provided me a link of a website with a username and password and told me i have do the task in the website. I began my work and i completed 260 forms in 3 days. But after the 3rd day i was not able to login to the site. I called the helpline numbers which they provided. It was switchoff and then i called the women but she was not responding to my calls and no response to the gmail either. Hence because of them i could not complete the work provided. After the specified date they are sending me sms and gmail to pay the penalty or they will sue me in court and the amount will go on further. I did not respond to their calls. Now they are saying theyare going to send me a legal notice. When i googled about the company after 2 days of my work, there were so many complaints against them about blackmailing and fraudulent activity but i ignored all that. But later i understood it is a fraud company. Can they really sue me? I am worried. Please help me. I was ready to complete the work as per agreement but how can i if they do not make me to complete it.

I have filed a complaint here on Saturday and it got resolved on the same date. But they are sending messages again to alternative number about threatening people to give them money before Monday 10am. Requesting consumer complaint site to take the work seriously and tell them to not contact people. They cannot scam people and threaten them for money when they are providing fake qc reports to people.

I have started doing the work on 20th march and completed it by 28th march. Now they have generated fake qc report and today their fake advocate has sent me a mail that i should pay the amount which the client has demanded. There are lots of complaints on sites regarding the same. They have no presence on the internet and do not have any proof that they are existing, they are ever ready to scam people for money. Please suggest me what should i do?

They have given me an assignment. But when i searched in google i found its reviews and understand it's fake so i replied them that i am not interested in this, after they have not contacted me. Now they sending spam mails and sms asking for money or else they will move legally. I know they are fake and spam as there are lots of complaints about them. So kindly looking into this matter and solve this. I don't want these fake people to contact me again.

I got call 13 days ago from mahi khan.
She told me about form filling work and told me that they will pay 25rs. Per form but there is one condition that is we need to fill 900 forms in 9 days with 90% accuracy. They are giving a good amount for filling the form so i agreed and then took my documents and sent me an agreement. I started filling the forms and completed my work within 9 days and submitted it. After 2 days the website shows they you qc report is fail and when i commnicate it with the company they told me wrong things and after sometime they send me a mail that we sending your user id to legal department. Today morning i got a call from a lady she told me that i am adovate and filling a case against you in the court for not paying the agreement fees then i told her that i am not satisfied with the qc report but she denied and told me that ok i am filling a case against you we neex to come yo maharastra and pay a huge amount of 2 lakh ruppess to the court like seriously i told her again that i am not satisfied with the qc report but she was dennying it continuesly. I know that i company or court if send a mail that mail will be sent from company domain mail. After that i browse with the company name then i find that there are so many peoples who found that this company is fake and submitted a complaint against them here so now i find it completely fake.

Yestarday i got mail like these this intimation letter informs you that pexiv company has field a case under the section of 73-74-75 of indian contract act 1872 for contract breach against you as under law that mention on the agreement that if you have not succeeded on your job or not completed then you have to pay the penalty amount.


Section 73. Imposes a duty on the party seeking damages to mitigate its loss,
Section 74. Compensation for breach of contract where penalty stipulated for when a contract has been broken,
Section 75. Party rightfully rescinding contract, entitled to compensation a person who rightfully rescinds a contract is entitled to consideration for any damage which he has sustained through the non-fulfillment of the contract.


So as you are not full fill the agreement rule, so that the company has take the help of legal proceeds for his compensation. So pay the amount as per agreement, so pay the amount as soon as possible to close your file, if the case being filed against you then you have in big loss of money for the legal procedure.

I was not able to complete the work because of laptop issue so i tried to call her to inform her but no one picks up the call and also i didn't receive any call from them to inform me. After that on 22nd march 2019 i have received a call from some person saying he is advocate V P Arya Advocate Associate [[protected]] and company file the case on my because didn't not submit the work on time and now i have to pay the utility charge 4700rs. I didnot paid the amount. After that they called to me that now i have to pay the releasing amount 3000rs extra. And they send me the notice in which clearly mention that i have to pay 4700+3000rs. And now they are threatening me that if i don't pay the amount i have to come to the court & will send PDF copy to my home thru courier. Now i don't know what to do!? Please help me.

I joined them and i had completed the work and submitted to them on time 21st march. As per their terms and conditions within 48 hours she shared qc report with failed remark. Their report were totally fake and now they are harassing me and calling me again and again to pay 4700rs. Their lawyer is calling me again and again to pay 4700rs or they will send me a legal notice and their lawyer is also threatening me if i dont pay them then i will have to appear in lathur court. He is calling me again and again i have proof that their agreement is fake, their qc report is fake and the company representatives are not picking up my phone. Kindly reply as soon as possible at this mail. I got a mail from mr. Pranav desai advocate associate (Latur, maharashtra) contact no-[protected] mail [protected]@gmail.com as you need to pay pending amount of 4700 by 2:00pm otherwise i will forward your case to legal for further process. When we called that advocate, he says that he has no further information on that, only that he is from legal team and im liable to pay 4700/- to pexiv company on account of non-accuracy.. They are creating fake qc report and harassing people who are genuinely workin. They are smartly getting their work done without paying a penny and recovering money from people by threatining them with legal procedures.
Request you to kindly take some action against such fraud company's and help me deal with this issue.

My name is geet kaur (Delhi), here i'm writing about scam happened with me this week. On 1 march'19, i had conversation with ms. Swati mishra ([protected]@gmail.com) and she's representative of "pexiv" online home based work company. She sent mail that i can earn 22500/- in 9 days through form filling job and she shared demo of the work in introductory mail. Upon agreed she sent an agreement and want my photo, aadhar card and signature. After all such formalities, she shared my login user id with password to commence work, which had last day 21 mar'19. I did complete my work on time and submitted before given timeline. Within 48 hours (22 mar'19), she shared qc report with failed remark. I found aprrox 177 forms are incorrect (As per them), when i called her to know the errors, she said there’s a space error and few entries are not filled up. I had damn sure on my work that i never miss single entry. They make false report to looting their own employees.

And, next day morning i received mail from their fake advocate mr. Yogesh patil ([protected]@gmail.com), even call from (+91 [protected]) to make payment of inr 4, 700/- as per the agreement. Anyhow, i paid it and within an hour i received a call from (+[protected] that you have to continue your job and make deposit of 18, 900/- as a security amount which will they refund me with next assignment payment. I refuted this offer and prefer to stick with the agreement, because as per the agreement only inr 4700/- is the liability on me. But, he called me several times within an hour to deposit this money as soon as possible or else they were threatening to take legal action against me for termination of the agreement. I shared this information with my husband and we started scrutiny about this company "pexiv". We seen lots of complaints with similar pattern against this company and found agreement copy of some complainants. We are going to share some relevant point and information for those is facing mental harassment by them.

1. Please check my agreement and mr. Prahlad agreement in attachment, each and everything is same (Agreement number and stamp duty dates). I had joined them in mar'19 and they are using last year stamp paper put 30 jan'19 stamp on it. As per indian govt. Law same stamp paper cannot be use for another customer – its illegal terms. One more thing every stamp paper has its own unique number/code which mention on the right side of the stamp paper. For this please check sample stamp for the reference.

2. Now, check our both contract (My and mr. Prahlad) and compare pexiv company address with adarsh arya contract (In attachment). Everything is same in address (Instead of aurangabad, they have written latur) even locality and pin code number is also same. I had checked and found that latur is 276 kms far from the aurangabad. Please check distance screenshot also for the reference.

3. One more thing, i want to share about their bank details. Company is in maharashtra and they are providing bank details of surat, gujarat and those details of another company name like "alstom soft solutions" please check another attachment for our reference.

4. One more point, i want to highlight and that https://www.clickindia.com is only website flashing pexiv company jobs post on their website with different name and different mobile numbers. How it’s possible? It doesn't make any sense or this company has 100's of people in hr department? I done scrutiny and found that only this job website has pexiv company jobs - it means https://www.clickindia.com is also indulge in their criminal activities.

A thing, which has happened with me, i don't want people with hard work should suffer from the same. That's why i decided to write this mail to aware people like me those want to earn something for themselves. I hope this will help you to beware from such fraudsters.

So after reading all the terms and condition i started my work and completed the work in time but whie submitting the report it as been showed error mesg I have texted a mesg to them in mail they didn`t respond.next day they called me and told ur submission is faild u have to pay 4700 and after the day i got the mail as We are PEXIV Legal Department. This email is to inform you that you have fail/not submit/cancel your work. Then according to the terms u have to pay 7500 I got a call from advcate phno :[protected], [protected] . They r harassing me to pay money if not legal report will be sent to ur near police station . Plz slove my problem IAM a moddel calss family person we r looking for jobs which we work genuine for salraly to feed owerself .so plz help from this problem

Because they are continuously doing fraud with everyone...

After agreeing to a work from home based job and completing the work. The company is telling me it is incomplete and i got a mail today stating i have to pay 7450 in order to avoid legal actions.in the beginning they told we do not have to pay anything and if we cannot complete it we should pay 4700. My name is sonia and i have completed my work properly but the qc report is wrong and it's fake because i know i have completed it properly. I sent them screenshots and asked them why it's wrong when it's correct. They said check ascii value and it's just numbers. I asked them what it is no reply. Some advocate is sending me mails and asking me 4700 + 3000 rs. I told that 4700 is what was told to pay if it's failed and i even have the call recording of the people i spoke to. Please help me with this. I don't know what to do now.
