आदरणीय आयुक्त जी. आता मला प्रवास करणे अशक्य आहे गेल्या 6 वर्षात मी बांद्राऑफसला 22 वेळा भेट दिली.आपण प्रत्येक वेळी तुमच्या बाजूने काहीना काही कारणे दिलीआहेत.मी पार्कडेव्हिससाठी काम केले आणि कंपनी बंद झाली आणि फायझरकडे हस्तांतरित झाली. सुनील मेनन जी ईपीएफ प्रकरण हाताळत आहेत परंतु यूएएन कोड तयार करण्यासाठी अनेक प्रयत्न करूनही ते अयशस्वी झाले, मी आजारी आहे आणि मला पैशांची गरज आहे, मी सर्व पेपर प्रक्रिया खूप पूर्वी पूर्ण केल्या आहेत आणि तुमच्या विभागाकडे सोपवल्या आहेत, मी तुमच्यासाठी सर्व प्रकारची माहिती कागदपत्रे जोडत आहे.. तुमच्याकडून उत्तराची अपेक्षा आहे. तुम्ही माझे प्रकरण कधी सोडवाल ??

Now I am unable to travel due to my heart issue. Last 6 years I have visited 22 times at Bandra EPF office but every time there are some excuses from them. I worked for Parke Davis and the company closed and transferred to Pfizer. SUNIL MENON is handling epf matter but he failed in spite of his several efforts to generate UAN code, I am sick and need money, I have completed all paper procedures long back and handed over to epf Bandra office, Very lazy and slow work.
