Pf Withdrawal — unable to withdraw my pf of convergys pvt ltd

Hi,
My name is zaki khalid ansari, my uan no.[protected], my member id:
Gnggn[protected] & my establishment id: gnggn[protected] / convergys india services pvt ltd.

I am unable to withdraw my convergys pf via online. Because, my previous employer's establishment id: pybom[protected] / altisource business solutions pvt ltd & my member id: pybom[protected] / zaki khalid ansari. This member i'd is showing as settled. Prior to this employer i was working with convergys. Now i am not getting an option to withdraw pf amount of convergys, i need this money for my elder sister's marriage.

Please help please i beg you people for my own money. I have also posted hard copy of form 19 for pf final settlement & form 10c for pension withdrawal benefits to your office. They responded by just sending an attachment of online withdrawal procedure. I know how to withdraw online as i am not getting an option for online withdrawal hence i reached to you people so that i can withdraw it manually. But no one bother to check why this person have send manual request & when i tried to reach you people on landline number it just keep on ringing no one answer to it.

Please reply asap. I hope positive response from your side.
