PFMS — SCHOLARSHIP FORM REJECTED

To, samaj kalyan vibhag sir, i am ankit kumar gupta/rakesh gupta.i m a student of polytechnic me 3rd from s r group jhansi.respected siri beg to say that i beg to say that i applied for scholarship form in this year like before year.bur in this year my frm has been rejected by FMS ad the given reason is that i have filled my domicile certificate no against cast certificate no.but i got the scholarship in last yea same appliction form and this year only i renewed the form. the form cancellaion information gave to march month by my institute so in this case i gave a application to samaj kalyan with regarding to collage and now the same status is commimg in net. the status is ( rejected by PFMS).
