PGF Limited — Amount not received for plot maturity

Mu father has invested for the scheme on date 18/08/2003. We have not received any money or plot or anything for the amount he invested. We want the refund. Original receipt was submitted at the company office on the pretext of returning the matured ammount but nothing was done post that. We tried reaching them again and again but they didn't do anything and at the end the office was shut down and we became victims of this fraud. Adding registration letter copy for reference.
