Amount not received for plot maturity

Mu father has invested for the scheme on date 18/08/2003. We have not received any money or plot or anything for the amount he invested. We want the refund. Original receipt was submitted at the company office on the pretext of returning the matured ammount but nothing was done post that. We tried reaching them again and again but they didn't do anything and at the end the office was shut down and we became victims of this fraud. Adding registration letter copy for reference. If you can refund our money Please contact at [protected].

I have deposited all the paments for my policy, and after maturity i have even submitted the papers for final payments, yet the payment was never made to me.

I meera devi wd/o chhajju ram have taken a policy on dated 31/03/2003 regn no. p[protected] plan no. & term n1/05y-09m a plot registered with myhusband name and the plot registration no. regn no. p[protected] for 6.5 year my maturity complete on dated 31/12/2009, and i also submit the original document of bond of policy and other document but after till today i have received no payment against my policy. so please take a suitable action against the company...

Without knowing the background of pgf most of the village people has invested money on this... I have deposited 10, 000/-(Ten thousand only) with PGF Limited (pearls) on 7-6-2004 and we have got bond also. in that bond mentioned about plot registration no.p[protected] dt 7-4-2004 payment plan no.D4 term 10 years 6 months. alloted plot size 200 sq.yds. and the date of maturity date is[protected]. and value is 39670/- estimated realisable value at the end of term.
after maturity date i.e.[protected] i went to the secendrabad office and shown them this bond. they have given me a set of document. In that set i find 100 rupees stamp paper and receipt for total amount. I got a doubt and i questioned that officer, why you are taking signatures on blank bond paper and receipt. they simply telling that this is the procedure to get your amount. How can i sign without getting my amount on the blank papers. every time i go there they are telling the same.
what is the solution for my problem. please guide me.
