Pgi Chandigarh — Complaints against registration

I am trying calling to this no.[protected]. From last 7 days. But I can not connected to this no. This is a pgi registration no.
I am also trying to appointmen by online but I would not receive any message or mail regarding appointment. Now it's show your no. is registered for appointment check your mail or phone no.
But I would not receive any message or mail. kindly help me.
