Pgi Chandigarh — General surgery doctor not given the date of surgery while patient name entered in OT list

Dear sir / mam
My brother is suffering from varicose veins problem, General surgery doctor entered the name of patient in OT list on 13 sep 2021 but still date of surgery not given, my brother is unable to move. After that I had done many teleconsultation Registration online but they do not calling on scheduled date of teleconsultation .I am hopless, what should I do.pls Resolve the problem.
