Pgi Chandigarh — Rude behaviour and policies of Nursing and other staff

This complaint is filed against a staff of emergency ward( female hospital attendent), who was yelling all the time at my patient and when i asked her to remove the ecg electrode as on urgent basis i need to get the radiograph done. Initially she said (bhaiya abhi ruko m urgent kam kr rahi hu) but she was doing nothing just scrolling the face book on phone and chatting &laughing with the other staff. Still i wait for 20min thinking that she will come soon, after that i re visited her and asked the same but she again refused by saying the same there after started yelling over me and my patient. Which is totally not acceptable and i request the PGIMER department to work on her and atleast give her warning so that this should not be repeated again and agin.
