Pgi — No response from pgi doctors and refuses to admit the patient

I am tarun sharma, my father dilip sharma was admitted to sec-16 hospital. Afterwards, they referred them to pgi on 18.07.2021 on emeegency basis. But doctor of pgi refused to admit my father and told us to visit OPD. As guided by them, we made opd card and reports were sent to the concerned doctor. Afterwards, we didn't get any response from them. I have texted them to inform us for further treatment but no one replied. My father's condition is not good, we are struggling for his treatment but we didn't get any response. After being referred by sec-16 hospital on emergency basis, no one took the matter seriously. If something happens with my father, PGI and its authorities are responsible for it. Doctors here takes salary from the tax we pay to govt. But still there are no facilities provided. What will we do with such hospitals where we are not getting treatment. We need strict action against the concerned authorities otherwise we will take help from social media to teach such doctors a lesson who have been paid and still doesn't do their job.
