Why PGI employees leave there seat on peak time when patients are waiting for so long and most of the patients are without there meal from morning and what the employees are doing here is. Leave there seats juat for the silly reason that they need to go for Tea and just for the cup of tea there want the patients to wait for almost one hour to have there tea time.
What is going on. why there are not supervised by some senior or head of department.
Why patients will wait for there silly reasons that they need 1 hour to have a cup of tea when they have special arrangements in cafe or canteen so that they will get there order place on time and get free from here as soon as possible
I am sharing this experience of my own family patients when he is waiting from morning to have there test done and get there meal as he is debitic patients.
I am facing this issue in New OPD in Room No. 25 Where test sampling is going on and patients keep on waiting for long.
Please make this issu fix as patient are waiting to get there treatment done as fast as they can
coz they are already waiting to get there probelm fix by the Doctor
