PGVCL — power cut

i have complain against pgvcl bhavanagr. ... very very very poor services. each of two days they give power cut for more than 1 hr. why...? we have paid very high amount of charges ... can you just check how torrant power works. they also taking high amount ... but also they provide high service as well ... there is no unwanted power cut. i never seen in a whole month. and pgvcl i can not say but pgvcl should close now in whole gujrat ... now you are not capable to provide good service to cutomer. please try to give proper service or closr the dept. thanks.
